The company, which is based in Australia, has been struggling with a high turnover rate and customers are often unhappy with the service.
“When customers are happy, we have a good relationship with DHL,” a spokesman told BuzzFeed News.
“We’re trying to bring a high-quality service to the customers, but at the same time we have to be able to provide them with the cost savings they want, which makes it more expensive.”
A spokesperson for the company declined to comment.
A spokesperson from DHL told BuzzFeed that it would not comment on ongoing investigations and would not be able comment further.
