Tesco has updated its payment and customer service tools to better assist customers with their purchase decisions, the retailer has announced.
The update includes the ability to check the card information of Tesco customers and provide them with customer support via the online platform.
Tesco said the changes were made in response to the “growing complexity” of its payment systems.
Tescocom said it has also updated its Customer Support Services section, adding new features for its customers and helping them to track and manage their transactions.
The changes will make it easier for customers to keep track of their purchases, which is why Tesco made the changes.
Tescos payment system allows customers to check their card information to make sure they have not been charged or are not receiving a charge, the supermarket chain said in a statement.
“We’re working hard to keep customers informed and up to date with all the latest news, so that we can better serve them and make them feel confident shopping at Tescotex,” the statement added.
Tesco said it also added new tools to the retailer’s payment and consumer service platform to assist customers in making their payments.
“We’ve made it easier to make your purchases, including providing a simple payment process that includes a link to your payment details.
You can check your payment information and access customer support on the website, as well as on our mobile app,” the company said.
Earlier this year, the UK’s largest supermarket chain, Sainsbury’s, said it would introduce an app-based payment solution to its network to ease the process of transferring credit cards and debit cards between customers.
