The streaming service said it had 1.8 million subscribers in the first quarter.
But, the streaming service also said in its statement that it was experiencing “fewer customer satisfaction ratings” for its video and audio content.
Netflix also said it has “seen a decline in streaming speeds and a decrease in overall video quality across its service.”
In a blog post Tuesday, Netflix said that it has been working to improve its video streaming platform, including by increasing speed and adding a new feature called ‘Video Quality Control.’
Netflix has said it is working on better ways to deliver the best quality video to its customers, and the company is launching new “video quality control” features that will allow users to adjust the quality of video content.
