More than half of Postmates’ customers say their post-purchase experiences were poor or average, according to the latest Consumer Insight Report.
Postmates said the number of bad experiences rose from 16 per cent in the year to July to 22 per cent the year-end.
The company said customers who had problems with their Postmates account had the option of refunding the full amount.

“We believe that the experience of the Postmates app has improved significantly over the past year,” the company said.
Customers who had trouble using their Posties account can visit the Posties Customer Service page to resolve any issues.
